de Grassi and Jeremy Cohen, is a concerto in one movement, richly tonal and sweeping in scope, with elements of tango, blues, and other popular traditions used to excellent effect in the interplay between soloists and string orchestra. In both the solo and orchestral parts, the players are called upon to use a wealth of bowing and expressive techniques.
